Ease of Use is a key to DataMax Manager’s design. Once the requirements of a workflow are defined by the options in the simple user interface there is no need to readjust the settings unless the workflow changes. This allows for DataMax Manager to constantly monitor its ‘input’ folder for new arriving files and process them automatically based off the parameters set up by the user.

Intelligent Image Automation capabilities provides for images to be automatically renamed based off user-defined memo data embedded into an image. All images related to specific memos, such as a document number or asset ID, may be designated to contain those parameters in the renamed file. Image ‘sets’ with like memos may also be placed into automatically created folders based off these memos.

Imprint: User-defined memo and GPS data as well as company logos may be imprinted under the image as well to provide a visual information-rich picture.

Spreadsheets and Documents containing the image files are created automatically by DataMax Manager. Spreadsheets contain all the extracted memo and GPS data for each image in a set and includes hyperlinks to the original images for effortless importation into database programs. Microsoft Word reports utilize a modifiable word template that generates a cover sheet followed by additional pages that contain two images per page next to their respective memo and GPS data. A note area allows additional user information to be entered into the finished report.
